Our Journey began in December of 2006. We did not think we would have any issues the second time around. Man were we wrong. For the first 14 cycles we did 5 rounds of Clomid (100 mg) and 3 rounds of Gonal-F (injections) with no success, and many cysts. Then I decided to Join Fertility Friend and chart.
February/March 2008 ~ month 15: we are TTC natural because I had 2 residual follies (one on each side). GRRRRRR.!!
March/April 2008 ~ month 16: TTC natural. Giving my body a medication break....I think it deserves it after 14 months of meds. ~ BFN
April/May 2008 ~ month 17: Again taking a medication break. This will be the 3rd month, we are hoping (if we need to) the meds next month will work better after the break! ~ BFN
May/June 2008 ~ Month 18: Another natural cycle. My body is working without the meds so why not....LOL ~ BFN
June/July 2008 ~ Month 19: Doing the injectables (Gonal-F) with a trigger shot. ~ BFN
July/August 2008 ~ Month 20: Damn Cyst.........BFN
August/September 2008 ~ Month 21: Natural Cycle ~ BFN
September/October 2008 ~ Month 22: Natural Cycle, DH is trying acupuncture ~ Chem. Pregnancy.
October/November 2008 ~ Month 23: I am starting acupuncture. Med break until March 2009..... ~ BFN
November 2008 ~ Month 24: TTC Naturally. No RE, No Acupuncture. Need to get my sanity back until after the first of the year! ~ BFN
November/December 2008 ~ Month 25: TTC Naturally ~ No O.
January 2009 ~ Month 26: TTC Naturally ~ BFN
January/February 2009 ~ Month 27: TTC Naturally with Metformin and Soy Isoflavones (CD 4-8) ~ BFN
February/March 2009 ~ Month 28: TTC Naturally with Metformin and Soy Isoflavones (CD 5-9) ~ BFN
March/April 2009 ~ Month 29: Clomid CD 5-9with metformin and vitamins ~ BFN
April/May 2009 ~ Month 30: Clomid CD 5-9 with metformin, vitamins, trigger and IUI: DH will have a s/a done ~ BFN
May/June 2009 ~ Month 31: Natural....John out of work ~ BFN
June/July 2009 ~ Month 32: Natural.....John is out of work ~ BFN
July/August 2009 ~ Month 33: Natural ~ BFN
August/Sept. 2009 ~ Month 34: No TTC, taking meds for Pneumonia ~ BFN
September 2009 ~ Month 35: TTC Natural, waiting for John's treatments to start. ~BFN
October 2009 ~ Month 36: TTC Natural. John has a vericocele and we are waiting until after surgery to resume medication. Surgery Consult is 11/2 ~ BFN
October/November 2009 ~ Month 37: TTC Natural: Waiting to see a Male Fertility Specialist......surgery won't help ~ BFN
November/December 2009 ~ Month 38: TTC natural: Still waiting on an appointment with the Male Fertility Specialist! ~ BFN
December 2009/January 2010 ~ Month 39: TTC natural. Waiting on a surgery date.... ~ BFN
January/February 2010 ~ Month 40: TTC Natural. John's surgery on his Varicocele is 2/25/2010 ~ BFN
February/March 2010 ~ Month 41: DH's Surgery was around O. No chance this month ~ BFN
March/April 2010 ~ Month 42: DH still recovering from surgery. TTC Natural w/herbal supplements ~ BFN
April/May 2010 ~ Month 43: TTC natural for at least the next 2-3 months ~ BFN (after being a week late)

October/November 2010 ~ Month 49: TTC on hold until after Cardiologist appointment. I have a moderate to severe issue with one of my heart valves. ~ BFN
November/December 2010 ~ Month 50: Referral to a Dr. at Bringham and Women's Hospital for treatment of Valve issue, Also considered to have congenital heart disease... ~ BFN
December 2010 ~ Month 51: TTC still oh hold ~ BFN
December 2010/January 2011 ~ Month 52: TTC Still on hold. Seeing the OB/GYN in Mass who specializes with women with Heart conditions ~ BFN
January1/February 2011 ~ Month 53: Finally...TTC again! Loosing weight and taking Metformin to help with out journey.....please let this be our month! ~ BFN
February/March 2011 ~ Month 54: TTC with metformin and weight loss ~ BFN
